Hello, I am new to this group and just wanted to introduce myself..
After reading some of the postings I am relieved that my 11 year old is not much different to others her age.
But she is a lot different to my other children when they were that age.. A lot of her behaviour I have learnt to
deal with and also expect the type of behaviour is normal for her age.. There is so much to contend with and
yes there are days I feel like pulling my hair out.. My 11 year old is very opinionated, outspoken, tells lies,
helpful and considerate, compasionate and caring, obnoxious and irritating mainly to her siblings. I do have a
few questions I would like other parents opinions on but I will leave that to another posting later

LOL, thank you.. I really need to hear what others think with a posting I will put forward later. I know her behaviour is normal and regardless whether it is good or bad behaviour I know whats to be expected. My fiance has different views very negative.. but I will bring that up later.. thanks for your comment..

Welcome to the group. I think you will find that this is a good group to provide you support when you need it, to allow you to vent when you need to, and to share stories of what we go through with our children. Your daughter sounds like a wonderful, normal girl. Again, welcome.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
