how to stop my 11yr olds tamptrums

help my daughter is having bad tamptrums, screams, stamps her feet shouts. refuses to do anything i ask. please help im at my wits end. ive taken away mobile, no dvds, tv or playstation, grounded her etc. nothing is helping am i the only one that is going through this? i feel like banging my head against the wall.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. Once you establish that everything in your daughter's life is fine, then go ahead and set some new household rules and be consistant with your consequences.
