My 10 yr old son has been getting up a couple of times a night screaming for me. He is still asleep when I get to him yet he is sitting up, talking, shaking and sweating. Once he is awake he quiets down and goes back to sleep. The last few nights he has made his way downstairs (still asleep) This is scaring the beejeebies out of his sister and I. When he is awake he can't tell us what is bothering him and he doesn't remember doing it in the morning. Is this normal and how do we put an end to it?
