My daughter is 12 years old and gets herself up in the morning, gets ready, and gets herself to the bus stop. I talk to her every morning when she gets up to make sure she did not over sleep. Here is the dilema, she is not eating breakfast on a regular basis and than does not eat lunch. I tell her this is not good for her. There are breakfast bars, cereal, eggs for her to eat for breakfast. There is stuff to make for lunch. I even made lunch for her the night before so all she had to do was take it with her. She said it doesnt taste right. So, I tell her than she needs to get up in the morning sooner so she can get all this done. She still is not doing it. Im worried because she has been complaining of leg cramps. She is also doing cheerleading after school everyday and then also on a competitive cheer team that has practice 2 days and tumbling one day. She is excercising more than she is eating. How do I get her to eat right. I have things on hand that she likes, are healthy, but she doesnt eat it.

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
At my house, any extracarricular activities are only allowed if they eat 3 meals a day every day, but I've never had a problem with my children not wanting to eat.
