I was wondering, for those who stay home with their toddlers, what do your babies do during playtime all day? We have a lot of toys in our apartment, which my son has all played with, but lately he's become fascinated by a series of rings and plastic balls that he throws around the house. I mean, he can spend allll morning just tossing and chasing these balls and rings around. I'm glad he's so independent and I can get my cooking and cleaning done, but sometimes I'm wondering if he's too independent? This is my first child and we don't really have contact with other kids yet; it's just me and my husband taking care of him. One time we went to a playground and my little boy initiated a game of "soccer" with a ten-year-old boy, so at least I was relieved that he can play with others. But I'm wondering what kinds of activities do your kids do all day?
