My baby girl will be 21 months old in a few days and she is still not talking much. The only thing she says is thank you, dada, and ah oh. My sister has a 21 month old also and she is talking in full sentences. My first child was already talking at that age as well. I have tried books, flashcards, tv (baby Einstein), and just repeating small words over and over while pointing to the object. It doesnt bother me too much that she isnt talking (she is a girlshe will be talking TONS when she gets older:)). What bothers me is she has problems communicating. When she wants something she gets really frustrated, which in turn makes me frustrated because I dont know what she wants. Does anyone else have a child around her age and not saying much? What else can I do? I have tried sign language too:)
