Ladies, I am soooo tired. My 13 month DS has always been a great sleeper at night. Been sleeping 12 hrs straight since 3 months. However the past 2 wks he has been waking up like an alarm clock at 4am. I have tried everything to get him to go back to sleep, but nothing is working except to put him in bed with me. I have only given into this a couple of times, but he seems to have already latched onto it. Little bugger is too smart! I resisted this morning, and he yelled for almost 45 mins. (not crying, just the "come get me mom" yell). I went in to rock him, and as soon as i put him back in the crib, he started yelling again. At this point it was time to get ready for work/school. There have been some changes, he started daycare a month ago, and of course has had a cold for 2 wks. I thought this was waking him up, but the cold is better and I just can't stop thinking that in this short space of time, he is already used to waking at 4am. Could this be? and how can I change it back? He goes to bed at 7pm, and its a struggle to keep him up that late. Poor thing is exhausted, so I don't know if keeping him up will make a diff.

I can count 4 times this year when I Went out of my way to make sure a "friend" felt good on their birthday, especially if they got left hanging. Its early in the...
So my daughter, who will be 30 in a few months, says she thinks she has varicose veins, as she can't figure out what else it could be. Only in one leg, and is so bad it is hard to sleep at night. She is in excellent shape, really exercises a lot, and eats well... not at all overweight. Anyone else have any issues with this? I did find that it can go with PKD. She was reading that there are...
