My girls go to bed around 7:00. Since it has been getting dark a lot sooner they are not liking that there room is so dark, especially since they like to look at a book before falling asleep. I used to be able to leave there blinds open and it would offer enough light. The problem that I have is that I can not plug in a night light in their room because the outlet that is available is too close to one of their cribs and the other outlet if I were to put an extension on it, it is too far away to do any good. So, to get to my question, have any of you used the night lights that shine on the ceilings. I can't remember what they are called. I just know they can make different shapes like stars and such on the ceiling. Do they offer enough light for them to still be able to look at their books?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
