I am back again. I am having a really hard time keeping my daughter active during the days. I am not sure how to keep her occupied all day, and she is an only child so she doesn't have anyone to play with.
I am at the point where I think that I should put her in day care so she will have kids to play with, but I am also not fond of daycare. I look forward to Sunday mornings when I go to work at the Church day care, and Tuesday and Wednesday nights for the same reason, she loves playing with the other children.
Anyone have any ideas on how to get her more active? Please help.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
We have a mom's group that we're a part of, we get together with them once or twice a month maybe. Other times we walk to the local playground and meet up with neighbors there. Our library has Mother Goose time every week, we like going to that on occasion too. All those things are free to do and help break up time at home, which I know can sometimes feel endless especially when your husband works all the time!
Good luck, HTH!
WE do a lot of playdough, painting, marble rolling, cars
digging in the dirt and helping around the house we also go for walks around the neighbourhood and look at the trees leaves bugs etc....you could always do up a roster of your daily activities
