I was just wondering if anyone else has had any issues with bathtime? My 2 1/2 y/o used to LOVE baths and now he literally screams in horror when he has to take one. He has always hated getting his hair washed and I've dealt with it the best I could. He is no longer even sitting in the tub and playing anymore. He cries when I sit him in it and until he gets out. Sometimes he gets so upset he throws up. I know he doesn't like water in his ears or face and I'm careful not to, but it's just getting worse. I am beginning to LOATHE giving him a bath because it is a nightmare for us ALL. I've tried ear plugs, doing it in the sink, my husband and I BOTH get in with him, his little brother in with him... I just don't know of what else to try. He is getting a FORCED bath about once a week now! His hair is really yucky LOL! Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks in advance.

What is he having a bath in? A baby bath or in the big tub only? This is the first thing I thought of....maybe he feels like too small a fish in a giant pond. Can you get him one of those bath seats & maybe he'll feel a little more secure. Also they have great little bath toys that you can wind up & then watch them "swim". Recently, I found a pack of party bubbles at Target and I keep a small bottle in the bathroom so I can blow bubbles for him on the more difficult nights. Also, at Babies'R'Us they have these crazy little visor things for washing the hair...if he'll wear it, that is. Anyway, that's all I have for now...Best of luck :)

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
