i recently took my 18-month old son to an ear, nose and throat specialist because he gets chronic "sinus infections". he also breaths heavily and always sounds stuffed up. the specialist said that by getting his adenoids removed that it may lead to fewer sinus infections and less breathing troubles. i am scared to put him through a surgery at this young of an age. my son's breathing doesn't seem to bother him but i am sure that's just because he doesn't know any different. has anyone else been in this situation and if so what was your decision?
