Just introduce new foods gradually and serve them up with his favourite foods and you eat them with him to.As for sleeping i have tried all sorts with my son he liked haveing a cd playing i bought a lullaby cd for him that lasted about 40mins i just use to put it on loe and my daughter liked haveing a night light on,i have tended to put them to bed the samr time every night usually tea, bath, warm milk and story then bed i tuck them in say night night and close the door and leave the landing light on,every child is different so its just finding what best works for you.good luck

We are having the same problem...generally by 2pm if my daughter hasn't taken a nap ...she doesn't get one until she goes to bed for the night which is anytime after 6:30pm...now the food I have been reading so much about this lately in articles I've been getting headaches....what appears to be working for us is to let our child eat what she wants to eat...peanut butter with breakfast and crackers and honey mustard sauce on eggs and cheese...it varies...and I let her experiment so if she wants to mix it all up (gross to us) we let her...it's their way of exploring...hope this helps.
