Today my son (13yrs) threw my expesive cordless phone again, so I went to the thrift store and bought a $2 phone and put it in the kitchen, so he has to stand there and use the ugly phone (how barbaric!). He has anger issues and he seems to think that when he gets mad he can just throw thing's, I just signed him up with counseling at the school, for the longest he would tell me that he absolutely was not going to go to counseling, but I talked to the principle, and she told me they will make him go, and he wont even know that I had any part in it, and I hope it helps.I have been told to take his playstation, and dvd, movies,etc... when he throw's temper tantrum's, I was just wondering if that would help and how long I should take theses thing's. I sure miss my sweet little boy. How do I get him to stop throwing thing's?
