Sparks Alcohol- Energy Drink!!

I just wanted to warn parents about SPARKS. It looks like an energy drink... and it is, but it also contains 7% alcohol! It's sold in grocery stores (in the beer section) but it looks like any other "energy drink."
I have big problems with this drink... and here's why:
#1: In my opinion, it's marketed to teens and young adults. Just check out the packaging and website. www.sparks.com
#2: Most cashiers do not realize that it's alcohol and they are selling it to minors. My son, who is 20 (but looks 16) just came home with one and I asked him how he was able to buy it and he told me, "A lot of kids buy them because the grocery checkers just think they're energy drinks."
#3: Ingredients: Alcohol: 7%; Caffeine, Taurine, Citric Acid and Ginseng. Not something you want your kids drinking.

Wow! Thanks for the heads up. My son loves energy drinks and I don't think he'd go for one if he KNEW it had alcohol in it, but who knows. Kids have done stranger things. Thanks again for the warning. I'm not up on my "beers" but maybe next time I'm shopping I might head over to that isle and to the coolers at the front of the store just to be more informed.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
