It's funny. I was talking to a friend at work, who has a 12-yr old niece, who dramatizes all her ailments. My daughter likewise has Aspergers Syndrome and incessantly complains, which I guess is common among teen girls. So, that's somewhat comforting. I don't feel so alone. I'd just like to know, how do others deal with their teen daughters, when they whine all the time to the point that you have to stick them in their room for a timeout just to get some peace? Anyone cave to the pressure? How do you deal with your emotional teen?
