I did my laundry yesterday and this came to mind so I thought I would share it.
When you do laundry it seems like you always end up with one sock that doesn't have a mate. You search everywhee for it but it just isn't there. You wonder how the washer or dryer manages to eat just one sock?
Well my brother came up with a theory. It is impossible for a machine to eat them and the holes in the tubs are too small for them to go down the drain.
His theory is that what actually happens is that the dyer takes the lint that acumulates and actually knits a sock. There isn't enough lint to knit a paire so you end up with a new sock that never had a mate to start with.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
