I have insomnia and I'm trying not to nap in the afternoons. I need to stay at home because we just don't do well going places during this time of the day(too sleepy, grouchy, soon to have a newborn, lack of energy, etc.) I'm usually not motivated to do much other than sit in front of the TV. Today I'm doing well because I decided to do laundry and desk work but sometimes I'm just too tired I sit in front of the tv and easily doze off and then I'm screwed in my schedule and suffer later and it's a nasty cycle. Can anyone relate and have a solution?
