my son colin is 4 years old and has a gate on his bedroom door for safty. as of late he has beeen getting up very early and has plugged in a satering iron and opened frig and freeze and has had front door open i live on busy street.. and has given is sister thats 2 hard candy. and she almost choked.amoung other stuff....this all happened last week before the sun was even up.. he thinks its funny and see's nothing wrong with it . my husband is very lax about teaching him right from wrong. he says he is only 4 what do u expext. i have tryed timeouts and that dont work ihave taken away his favrot toy . that dont work.i have asked my husband to be more firm with my son and he says what do u want me to beat his ass . and i said no but something has to happen before he kills himself or his sister..iam to the point where i want to move out with the kids because he wants to be my sons friend and to me if you dont start teaching then young he will be robbing banks at 12 or worse. what do you all think...?i also have a older daughter thats 20 and she never did this stuff . when she was young because i would nip it in the butt fast... my son just looks at me and laughs.. guys help!!!
