Hey everyone.... here's the deal... it might sound petty, but it's really rough for me... Hayden had a halloween party today in his class. I was asked to bring in fruit. I brought in the fruit, and was under the assumtion that all these little 4 year olds were going to be having some healthy snacks, along with their junk, and candy.... NOT THE CASE.. when i showed up, 7 different moms, brought in 7 different kinds of cupcakes, a bunch of them brought cookies, some brought candy, and another brought a halloween cake. The moms were told that they could hang out for the party, so a few of us did. These mothers started dishing out several different kinds of cupcakes, cookies, and candy to every single kid! I'm not talkin a little bit of junk food, i'm talkin ALOT! Obviously, the fruit that i brought in, was left untouched, because how many 4 year olds will have an apple slice, over a cupcake and candy corn??? To make a long story short, Hayden has mass ammounts of junk food today, and he's flying off the handle.... should i be offended, or address the issue to the teacher, and/or other moms, that these kids were ridiculously over loaded with junk food in SCHOOL? Or should i just let it go? Nobody seemed to care!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
