Im sure everyone has hear the old 3 year old temper tantrum story, but her is another one. I need help!!! my 3 year old has been throwing these HORRIBLE tantrum, any hour of the day. Just last night I woke up to one at 12:30, nothing provoked it, my daughter was sound asleep before it, but she get herself so worked up and anything I do (even ignoring) does not help. I read a little about night terrors, and start telling myself that is what it is but then she will do the same exact thing in the middle of the day when she is wide awake and knows what she is doing. I don't know the best thing to do- should I ignore it, use time out??? My boyfriend says it looks like something from the exorcist, she throws herself on the floor, kicks anything in sight, if there is something near by to knock down she will do that, with the last one she pulled my fan off of our night stand, and it landed right on her, I picked it up and put it back, and she just did it again. I am almost afraid to put her in timeout sometimes, because I don't want her to hurt herself, and I think she is capable of it. Is it normal, is this a normal 3 year old temper tantrum or is it more?? I have no idea, my next step is to talk to a doctor, but unless I had a videotape of one, I don't think they would completly understand, and just brush it off as a normal 3 year old thing. Any suggestions would help! Thanks

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
