Last week I started weaning my 5 month old. As a side note, I can't tell you enough what a weight this has lifted off of me. I was not against breastfeeding, and knew it was best for him, but I was sort of miserible. I hated leaving the house b/c I refused to nurse in public. My son is in the 95% for height and weight, no discret way to nurse him..hahaha. Any way, just mentioning b/c I felt so guily for a long time knowing I had to wean him at this point. No one should feel this way. So, now to my issue. Since he was 3 months old, I was supplementing with 2 8oz bottles a day. Since he was born, my son almost never spit up and never any full vomitting. Now that I am giving him more formula he is spitting up more and more. He is on Enfimil gentle ease and his been for months. Anyone else have this issue, and if so, did you switch formula's? I see other children his age spit up a lot, like at every feeding. He probably spits up once a day now.
