My daughter use to be a great sleeper at night pretty much from the beginning then all of a sudden about a month ago she started waking up a lot more. I feed her til she goes back to sleep, sometimes it works, sometimes she wants to play for a few hours. I thought it was a growth spurt but it isn't going away. Now she goes to be late and wakes up early and I am absolutely exhausted. Shes 6 months so we just started food (thinking maybe she was just hungry more) but that's not helping. She also has co-slept with me from the beginning, could it be that I'm waking her up by moving and stuff?
