I love nursing my 5-month-old daughter. But the past few weeks it seems like she wants to nurse constantly (every hour and a half) for at least 30 minutes at a time. It's becoming painful, enough that I dread nursing her. Her doctor suggested starting solid foods so I started her on Cereal at dinner time and then a week later added a little applesause mixed in. She loves it and eats it up quickly, but she is sill nursing just as frequently. Any suggestions on how to make it less painful? She's latching on perfectly, and I don't want to quit nursing (this may be my last chance!) I lvoe the closeness, but I also like my nipples!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
