My daughter is 5 months old and we seem to have a trend developing the last few days. She won't nap well (went from sleeping 2 1/2 hours in the morning and at least 1 hour in the afternoon to 45 minutes at a time, two or three times a day if we're lucky) but is sleeping through the night -- like 11 hours. How much sleep does a 5 month old need in a day? Did your little ones have fewer naps (and be more resistant to them) once they started sleeping through the night? I can't decide if the two things are related, or if she's got something else going on that would make her not want to nap. We LOVE the sleeping through the night part but trust me, she needs more daytime sleep than she's getting right now!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
