I am desperate for help. My newborn has what I thought were heat bumps on her face and it has spread to her neck. She has a few bumps on her arms and legs but they are not bad. A week ago I took her in for her 1 month check up and the doctor told me to just clean he face 3-4 times daily with just water and a cotton ball and not to use any oils on it. Now the bumps on her face have gone away, but her skin has become rough and scaly all around the face and ears. The skin on her neck is still bumpy. Can anyone give me any advice on something that I can use? A CVS pharmicist said that I could use benadryl. I also have Eucerin lotion and Aquaphor. Has anyone else had this problem that can help me?

I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...
