I have a really good job, and make decent money. The problem is that I live in the DC area, and trying to make it on my own has been really hard. My rent alone is over $1400 a month, plus car payment, insurance, babysitting fees, etc. I don't qualify for WIC by the states standards of income poverty levels, so I was wondering if anyone knew if there are any similar programs I can apply for to get assistance for my child. I was living quite comfortably before my child was born, but since I have not been able to breastfeed, formula alone is driving me into debt. Not to mention diapers, clothing and other necessities for my 3 month old daughter. Can anyone help me????
