Today is my 25th birthday, to my somewhat lack of surprise I can see already no one really seems to care. In the interim, try different things, activities with your son. Have you tried tummy time? Bouncy Seats? Taking him for a walk? A soothing bath? Sometimes it helps to just change his environment.
Also, please try to get someone to help you out a few times a week... so that you can have some much needed "alone" time. It's important to take care of yourself too!
