Regular milk can be started at one year of age. If your child is now one and you're ready to wean or atleast transition some regular milk in, more than one way to go about it. One way to begin it is just try some regular milk in a sippy cup and see what your child does. If there is a lot of reluctance, you can also try mixing some of your breastmilk with the regular milk in a sippy cup and then gradually reduce the amount of breastmilk in the cup.
