My daughter has been through a lot of doctors recently trying to figure out why she had chronic bloody diahrea, weight loss and anemia. We have just been recommended to a PED GI specialist. The doctor suspects an abnormality with her liver or absorption problems with her intestines. I am very scared, our app. with the specialist isn't for a while unless she has another bad spell. Has anyone else been through this? any advice? is there anything i can do for her now, to help her feel better?
