I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

i used the last one it seemed to help
I also second the recommendation to use Soothies. Those things are great.
And as much as possible, walk around topless to let the air dry your nipples. Make sure after you nurse to express a little extra breast milk and rub it on to your nipples. Let them dry and then slather on the nipple cream. Always change your pads when they get wet. I would sometimes slather on the nipple cream and then put the cold soothies on top. My nipples were raw, cracked and bleeding... and these things saved me.
Good luck.
