My youngest daughter is almost 9 1/2 months now. Lately she has been waking up in the middle of the night screaming her head off and it takes sometimes over an hour to get her to calm down and go back to sleep. I thought maybe an ear infection, but that doesn't seem likely since she has no fever and relatively happy during the day. She does have a cold, but it seems to be getting better. I am worried she is having night terrors like my oldest daughter had. She won't respond to you or look directly at you for awhile. She just cries like she is scared or in pain. She doesn't want a bottle either. Possibly gas, but since this is recurring, I don't think so. Anyone have any experience with night terrors? I just am surprised if that is what it is, that she is having them so soon. My fist child was over a year old, and had them frequently until she was close to 3.
