Ok, so the dryer broke down on Friday pm and I have to hang clothes to dry (mind you, we have 3 girls and lots of clothes that I'm behind on), and I forego watching the football game and tell dh that I'm going to hang the clothes. This brings the response of "glad you're finally doing something around here". Yes, he actually said that word for word. what a dumbass. I guess that taking care of the kids, keeping the house in a semi-clean state (the house is not "dirty" it's cluttered from all the kids stuff), and doing everything else since DH works nights and sleeps during the day. I also have to....well, everyone here knows what you do as a stay at home mom.
What a friggin idiot, he ticks me off so bad!!!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I've often said to my husband in one of my "staying at home sucks" moments... between the two of us, only one of us has had the experience of having a successful career AND staying home with the kids. And as that person, all I can say is that working in an office was a walk in the park compared to dealing with 3 kids. All the demands, the histrionics, the drama, the complaining (them), the nagging (me), it's so much harder than dealing with clients and multi million dollar budgets.
I have left him all 3 kids for a 4-5 hour stretch one day and he was going nuts. Imagine how they would feel if we Mr Mom'ed them. I can tell you one thing, your husband wouldn't make stupid-ass comments like that anymore, that's for sure.
