Ok, my son is 14 months old and he is into everything. If there is an object he wants he will go after it. If I tell him "No" he will continue to go after whatever it is that he wants and he will not give up. No matter how many times I move him from the object and tell him "no." I also try to distract him with something else, but nope, he wants the one object he cannot have, usually becuse it is something that will break or it might be something sharp. I let him play with anything that is not dangerous, but I do set limits on some things. Has anyone else experienced this? How do you make him stop? Time outs are kind of a joke. Is he testing me? I do not know what to do and I am so frustrated. Any advice or stories will be great. Please help. My son is usually very good, but lately he has been very stubborn, and incredibly whiney. He is also starting to throw tantrums. I thought this only happened when they were 2. Yikes.
