I have a wonderful 8 year old little girl. Never had a problem with anything. Good grades, listens is overall a pure joy but the past 2 weeks or so she gets up in the middle of the night...usually around midnight & walks into our bedroom & says either she hears wind, can't go back to sleep, various things. Usually just happens once but she can't seem to stop doing it. I have told her about the consequences of continuing this & that she needs her sleep but so far no go. I am going to try just not speaking to her when she does this but instead just hold her hand & walk her back. I saw that on Super nanny of all places. ha Any advice?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
