We went to the gym yesterday and my son was put on time out for throwing a toy at another child. He later told me that one of the other little boys told him he would punch him in the face if he didn't do what he said. This other boy's mom is one of the childcare people and her son is somewhat of a bully a lot of the other children are afraid of him as well, luckily this boy is in school most of the time, except on the days off. Anyway, I asked my son why he didn't tell the teacher and he said she usually just says she'll keep an eye on her son or apparently calls my son a tattletale. Should I approach this mother and let her know what happened or should I let one of the other teachers know what happened? I do not want to cause a problem and get us kicked out of the kids gym, but I also do not think it is fair to be punishing other children for something your own child is instigating with physical threats.

I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...
