We just started watching the planet earth series. We watch one episode every night. My son who is 6 is completely fascinated by it, however he gets very upset when he witnesses one animal kill another. We have tried explaining about the circle of life and that, this is all part of nature but it does not seem to get through to him. I told him he didn't have to watch it if he didn't want to but he says he loves it, the "mean" animals just scare him. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to deal with this?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
