I have a daughter of 7 who is overweight. Exercise is a problem, as she is very uncoordinated, and tends to trip up a lot, and not feel comfortable running and playing ball games and such. Encouraging her to be active is a real challenge, and I feel for her as she is not a naturally sporty person. My concern and anxiety are growing, as she NEEDS to be more active, her self esteem needs boosting, and she needs to be able to feel like she can do somethign physical successfully, or with enjoyment. can anyone suggest anything ?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
