I am a single momma. I have to admit right away that I live in chaos. I am extremely unorganized and parent inconsistently. (Gee, no wonder I'm exhausted!) Imagine your only parent being ADD! I have got to change my life around and establish some routines for myself and my daughter. I am thinking, what are some of THE most important routines? I can only pick one, that much I know. Is it same time to bed? Is it same time up? Is it brush teeth, hair, wash face in a particular order? We fly by the seat of our pants and I'm asking others how they would advise such a family as ours? Just one, please! I tend to become even more frantic with the realization I am only about 6 months old in so many areas of my life and, yet, I have to parent an 8 year old! Thanks so much for your time!
