our son Gabe will be going into second grade this year and all of last year we got letters from school saying he was struggling with reading, and we scored lower than 40 words per minute and first they put him in a early intervention reading program...then a few weeks later they were trying a new program with kids that needed the most help, and he qualified, there were about 10 kids from his school that went, it was called fundations....i think it was based off the wilson program or something like that, any way they said i would see dramatic improvment.....yeah..not so much, a few weeks before school let out i got another letter saying now that the reading is getting more diffulcult gabe is struggling.....so i asked the ped. and he said maybe we shold have him tested for dyslexia, because when he is reading he will see letters that are not there, and mistake b for d in writing and reading, and he will reverse 3 and 9 allot, so my question is where do we even start to get him seen by someone who deals with it...the ped called one place but thay can not get him in right away and it is very far awa, and she is wirking on a place in philly, i was hoping to get him evaluated before school starts....o yeah the ped said i should call them to to see if they think he should be evaluated, but they never mentioned it in their letters all they said was he is struggling over and over....ladedadeda!

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

This test went HORRIBLY. They were about 20 seconds or so into...
