This is my first message to the group. I now know that the episodes I had in the past were panic attacks, not a heart attack since I spoke to my doctors and a mental health professional. It's just mostly the tightness in the chest but gets worst if I think about it more. I am ready to do any kind of therapy and won't do medication. I am waiting for a book that the doctor suggested. I can drive and do most of the things I used to do by myself. I'm going back to work on Monday and is a bit worried. I am open to any words of wisedom. Thanks.
