ive been experiencing panick attacks for 5 years now it can happen just from a stranger coming up to me and saying hello it can happen with someone i kno really well.i dont know why they occur?
when i panick you can physicly see whats happening... i go bright red get hot sweats and start to shake...this is really humiliating and i think its the humiliation i fear most
does anyone else get these symptoms and how do they cope?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. I get involved with GOD one on one each day. The longer the better.
I avoid bad or depressing news. you can do the same by turning off the TV and getting a book instead. That way you choose the content of what you see
Try to see 10 good things each day. Make it a game
Focus on someone else. I usually have a lot going on in my head when I panic- reach out to others to give them real assistance.
Find a group of friends to talk to.
I came across EFT, and it worked for me as well. I also, through the EFT site found a blog by a very upbeat young man, which I read often
