So we have anxiety, depression, panic attacks, etc and we all want to get better. What exactly does get better mean? Is it uncovering the root of your fears and removing anxiety from your life? Is it learning a set of mental tools that will help you control anxiety to the point that it becomes a natural reaction to the onset of anxiety? Is it coming to terms with the anxiety to the point where it exists but does not hamper your lifestyle? Is it accepting panic and anxiety in a manner that the symptoms only last a few seconds and then dissapate? Maybe the answer is jut different for everyone. I would love to have your input!
