WELL RIGHT NOW I FEEL LIKE I AM LOSING CONTROL.I HAVE TWO LITTLE GIRLS A 3 YR OLD AND A 1 YR OLD THAT I AM RAISING BY MYSELF..RIGHT NOW I FEEL HELPLESS.MY PANIC ATTACKS ARE GETTING OUT OF CONTROL I CANT GO ANYWHERE OR DO ANYTHING BECAUSE I AM ALWAYS SCARED.RIGHT NOW IM THINKING TO MYSELF"AM I REALLY LOSING CONTROL?"I JUST DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE I HAVE BEEN TRING TO DEAL WITH THIS FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS NOW. In time you can control them with medation and relaxation therapy. remember you have 2 children depending on you so don't let the panic attacks get to you just sit still and let them pass you not loseing control just think about takeing care of your children and make them happy by by makeing them happy pour those enegries into making them happy and you attacks will be in checkok

COntrol is just a sense. You feel like you are losing it but you never had it to begin with. Get to the doctor and get on some medication to (control it) and then tell yourself that you will get better and you have two kids that need you. You will be fine and i am here to help.

my attacks started when my three boys were very small. i had attacks 24/7 and couldn't function at all. i love my kids very much, but i couldn't take care of them because my attacks were so severe. worrying about them made it worse. my husband had to do everything i should have been doing plus go to work! med was my salvation. it leveled the attacks so i could finally focus on my family. good luck and try med as well as other coping skills mentioned here and by your doctor.
