Today was my first day back at school after the Christmas break. When we were switching classes at the end of the day, on our way to the last class of the day, I suddenly felt like someone was sitting on my chest. My heart started beating really fast and it felt as if it were difficult to breathe. I got this feeling that people were tapping me on different parts of my body, and I kept turning my head to see what it was, although I didnt actually feel anything, I just got the feeling. I started feeling closed in and really afraid, and without much else to do, I ran to the nearest bathroom. I collapsed on the floor, and when my breathing calmed down, I started crying hysterically. Does this sound like a panic attack? This is the first time something like this has happened to me.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
