Did anyone here experienced that they are less shy sometimes for no reason and more on some occations...my general observation is that after lunch I feel less shy.....I was wondering that are there any types of food that makes u less shy....does anyone know about this?which can boost your brain checmical serotonin....

Hi, yes some foods do make you feel better, but most of them aren't good for you. Carbs are great, give me chocolate and I feel much better. But I have also put on weight. Search google.com there are articles about it. Good Luck...Max
