I really am so tired of these panic attacks. I thought I had control of them and although sometimes I do, they just keep coming back. I take klonopin every now and then for help, but when I've been stopping that it seems as if I get worse panic attacks. I'm so tired of this and fighting this. I even went to get hypnotized once which seemed to help for a little while. I just feel so awful right now.

klonapin as needed in a large enough dose helps a lot so carry a few tablets with you when out
a golden rule is
float, dont fight
when panicky, relax and breathe deep and slow, accept and dont tense up or fight back
