At the start of a panic attack (or even during an attack), does anyone else have tears start rolling out of their eyes? I'm not really crying about anything the tears just uncontrollable happen and start falling. They are also the first thing that happens when I have a panic attack so they let me know what's coming (but it all happens so fast). I have no idea why the tears, but they just happen. Just don't want to feel alone in this.
