Hi - I just joined this group. What can people suggest for sweat attacks -- that ONLY happen under very particular set of circumstances. I wrote about them in my introduction, today.
Advice on treatin? I have tried the, pretend you're someone confident, deep breaths, leave room, tell people you're getting over the flu... on and on. I just Do not want to get them anymore, and am thinking therapy.

Hi there welcome, yes sweats are a horrible side effect the only way i got mine to stop was the breathing and accepting that it will stop as soon as i ignore it sorry i havent got any more x
