I am a little weary of staying home with my kids this summer alone, because my husband is going back to work and I haven't had to stay at home all day by myself since I started having these panic attacks. I'm a little afraid that I won't be able to be completely there for the kids if my mind is on having attacks or if I get all funny because I'm having an attack. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
