I am sorry you are freaking out. Take some deep breaths. Try to breathe correctly for about 5 min. It will help bring your body and brain chemistry down to normal levels. I hope you are ok. Hang in there. Panic attacks always pass and always go away. And no one has ever died of one. I'll be praying for you.
